Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of your order being delivered, as long as the item is in its original, unworn condition with tags and packaging intact.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The request must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.

• The item must not be worn, washed, or damaged.

• All original packaging must be included.

After the 10-day window, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our end (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).
